What you'll need:
2 Tbsp Butter
2 Tbsp All-Purpose Flour
2 cups Milk
2 1/4 cups Cheddar Cheese, grated
2 cups Elbow Macaroni, cooked, drained
2 tsp Dijon Mustard
Salt & Pepper
12 Ritz or similar Crackers, crushed (about 1/2 cup of crumbs)
Boil salted water and cook enough macaroni to make 2 cups cooked. Drain and set aside. Preheat oven to 400°F.
And then you pull it out of the oven and it smells even better than it looks.
It was almost all gone before I could get photographic evidence.
