One of my favourite things I like to do with the crockpot, is cook up flavourful pull-apart chicken. You can change up the flavour to whatever you like and it's easy to add it to salads, burritos, pasta dishes, wraps and sandwiches.
What you'll need:
Boneless Skinless Chicken (I used 6 frozen ones)
1L of Chicken Broth
Your Favourite Seasonings (I used Onion Powder, Garlic Powder and Cajun Seasoning)
Cover the crockpot and cook on LOW for 8 hours.
Homemade Chipotle Burrito Bowls, with spiced black beans, Cauliflower Rice, lettuce, sour cream, guacamole, cheese and salsa.
